Delivery: All orders placed before 2pm will be 99% of the time be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery by our Couriers, APC. We can also deliver to a work, neighbours, friend or families address, there is a section in the checkout for an alternative delivery addresses.

Please note that next working day delivery does not include Sundays and bank holidays.

Payments: Payments are made through our Protx Secure ePayments service. All Card transactions are taken on a secure SSL server with 128bit encryption. It means no one will ever see your details, they are automatically encrypted as soon as you click pay. 

Warranty: All our products come with a  standard 1 year manufacturers warranty. If there are any problems in the first year we will refund or replace the item.

Other: All our straighteners come with UK plugs. They are all CE certified and produced to the highest possible quality standard. Please also note that KIKI Hair Straighteners are designed for professional salon use.
